The leaves of my petunia are drying up.the soil is wet but whats the reason the leaves are drying up.I water them once in 4 days.Is petunia a perrinal?

Petunias are not perennials. It could be at the end of its lifespan. Also, over watering can cause very similar symptoms to under watering, so that might be your problem.
Reply:maybe one of the following
1. too much water
2. sudden room tempature change( I am in new england, we turn heat on now and the temp is different)
3.not enough lights.
