How do you take care of wave petunia's?

Dead-head them regularly and water them when they need it. Trim them up at the end of the season and they'll stay fresh awhile longer.

Reply:Hi,

Taking care of wave petunias is pretty much the same as regular ones. Dead head the old blooms and fertilize about once a month with a commercial product. There are some out now that will last for 3 months with just one application.

Petunias like it in a semi shady area and will start to get scraggly about the end of August beginning of September in Ohio. If they are potted make sure you keep them watered well as they will droop if not. I find the deep purple ones to have a fragrance to them.

Enjoy! Petunias are my favorite garden flower.
