How to get rid of snails with ingrediants from home.?
Get a bowl or pan with steep sides. Pour a can of beer into it and put a small smooth board from the ground to the lip of the bowl as a ramp. The snails will climb the board to get to the beer, and fall in and drown.
Reply:1. Handpick snails just after dusk (they hate sun) and drop them in salt water.





2. side-dress your affected plants with ash





3. spray your plants with 1 part lemon juice 5 parts water (acid kills)





4. dig a hole in the vacininty of your plants and sink a wide-mouthed soda bottle in so the mouth is level with the soil. put lemon juice or salt water or beer in the bottle. This is an effective trap. Be sure to change the liquid every day.





5. 1/2 of a grapefruit, turned fruit side up is another killer.

Reply:I had a problem with Snails getting in my house. I sprinkled salt on the outside of the door.

Reply:I've always used salt just normal table salt will do. sprinkle on your flowers or around and it just helps the salt burns the snails ... it doesn't kill tem unless the snail is to stupid to realize that the salt burns.. so your helping your flowers and just warning the snails to stay off. good luck.
Reply:Salt drains the water from them and they are made mostly of it so if u put salt on them they will just turn to a chips like mass.
