A "flower child". lol.
Is Petunia a Good Name?
It reminds me of Petunia Pig, Porky Pig's girl
Reply:yeah i like it only cuz i cant read it
Reply:I believe so.
Reply:yes it is
Reply:I wouldn't name my cat that.
Reply:i think its a really good name
Reply:Actually, it reminds me of Petunia the pig.
Reply:A soft and gentle, fragrant name, very sweet!
Reply:sweet
Reply:Only for skunks!
Reply:or Daisy,Rose
or Petunia Daisy Rose!!
Reply:I don't know anybody named Petunia. Or at least, nobody will admit to having that name. The name -- how should I say this without putting too fine a point on it -- sucks. If you just have to have a flower name, I would say Rose or Daisy would be better. Violet is still better than Petunia, but not by much.
Reply:Sure.
Reply:For a flower.
Reply:for a flower
Reply:Petunia is an excellent name for a flower, but probably not for a child.
How about Sarah? Or Mary?
Reply:The Thing's aunt in the Fantastic Four had that name but I think it is outdated today.
Reply:Yes.
Reply:Only if you are a pig. "Petunia Pig".
People identify immediately with a name. If you saw a resume' that had the name Homer and another with the name Brian, you might not want to even look at "Homer". People dont realize how important names are.
If you are looking for baby names, please remember IT'S YOUR KID don't scar it.
Reply:It reminds me of Porki Pig's girlfriend. Isn't that her name?
Reply:Yeah, I think so. She asks some nice questions.
Reply:its cool but a little weird at the same time. its unique
Reply:for a pet, yes. For a child, though, it has this unpleasant connotation, That was Porky Pig's girlfriend's name.
I would think of that consequence and answer "no".
Reply:no offense, but its kindu horrible. i would never name my kid petunia! Some cute names are sophie, Cassandra (cassie), Maya, Christine, Kat, etc. Not Petunia.
hayes
