Color is in the eye of the beholder, but try these two -- the first is one I think is more blue than purple, the second is LOTS of them, with photos, so you can see if any of them match your needs. Good luck!

Where can I buy seeds for blue petunias, that are actually blue and not lavender or purple?
As the first poster said, color is indeed in the eye of the beholder. Below are 2 additional sources. Burpee is a well-known seed provider and they offer a sky-blue petunia. Swallowtail Garden's is more of a midnight blue.
Reply:Blue petunias are produced by a very complex process involving the addition of genes from other plants. The resulting seeds are expensive, patented and marketed to growers who grow special plants like Proven Winners to gardeners. I can almost guarentee you that most of the seed you can buy for blue petunias in catalogues will be a disappointment for you.
