Generally I don't believe you can. You could try it the way you do most types of self-producing houseplants. Place a cutting from the vine into a glass of water (not too cold) after about a week if you haven't noticed any growth, the end of the cutting is turning brown and getting mushy and the flowers have wilted....it isn't going to work. Believe it or not, your location garden house will be glad to give you tips on this. They should want to make you happy and prove that they are knowledgable.
How do you start wave petunias from cuttings?
cut the plant to the 3rd or 4th notch plant it in a soiless mix you can get at any garden center water well after you place the cutting in the dirt keep moist until you see new growth
