Reply:When I get mad I turn up the volume and shout to be heard because I think people do not pay me any attention and the fact I need to be heard because I am quiet most of the time and to yell kind of puts me where I am listening to myself to find out why or what I am finally mad about and need to have changed in my life so I can get well or get back to normal in my life. I do not like change by stupid issues...
